Well, we're fed up with all those half-baked games thrown onto the market by complacent publishers and developers. Luckily, Naughty Dog is bucking the trend! It's better to enjoy a game that's a spectacle (considering that the Uncharted series is very cinematic and relies heavily on emotional engagement at first glance) than a half-baked game that falls short of its strengths.
Well, of course, Independent, it's much better if they take the time to finish it properly and without the usual bugs. The problem, besides my broken heart (:D), is that now PlayStation 4 is somewhat bereft of the super-premium exclusive for 2015. Sure, a lot of games are coming—if I'm not mistaken, we're close to 150 titles for this year—but Uncharted is definitely one of the highlights of the PS4 lineup, a highlight that has now been postponed to next year. Let's wait and see what Sony does next!
My heart suffers too so I understand you, no te preocupe ;D
You're absolutely right about the PS4 lineup. However, it's still a question that needs to be considered in light of the competition: this hiccup could favor Microsoft or Nintendo (haha yeah, I can't believe it even as I'm writing this).
Actually, I don't think so. Perhaps also due to a somewhat disillusioned fanbase with the "big games" announced by various developers. Let me give you a few examples. "Destiny" seemed like it would be a blast, but instead it's a game that fails to engage you very much. It sold more on hype than on the actual quality of the game. "The Order" seems like a flop before it even starts, "Assassin Creed" is a bug fest...
In short, at this point one stops having illusions and almost willingly waits for a good game played as God intended.
Now, I don't have a list of the games that are supposed to be coming out this year, but from memory, nothing shocking enough to change the balance should come out.
So in reality the only consideration that remains, in my opinion, is the most important: what are we going to do until 2016, us poor orphans of Elena Fisher's ass? :')
I'm waiting for the announcement of an Uncharted remaster. Yes, I know, remasters are a pain, but I'd love to enjoy a Nate-themed one!
Well, they're remastering absolutely everything, so I don't see why they wouldn't remaster this series too, which certainly has a lot of added value. And even if Naughty Dog isn't a publisher that lets itself be carried away by the whims of the market, we can still be hopeful. After all, they remastered "The Last of Us.".
The only problem is that Naughty Dog does a meticulous job, so it could take a long time to complete. I think they'd be quicker to make a movie out of it, hehehe.
I just hope that if they make a collection they don't waste resources that should instead be on 4 😀
Drunk wife or have your cake and eat it? ;D or a drunk wife and a cake and eat it? :')
Elena Fisher drunk pf 😀
