Microsoft has officially announced the date for Xbox Games Showcase 2026, set for Sunday, June 7, at 7:00 PM EST. The main event will showcase news and gameplay footage from titles currently in development at Xbox's first studios and third-party partners.
The first part, the Xbox Games Showcase, will include announcements about global franchises and independent productions from internal studios and international partners.
Immediately after the conclusion of the Showcase, the broadcast will continue with the Gears of War: E-Day Direct. During this phase, the team at The Coalition Studio will explain the gameplay mechanics and narrative foundation of the prequel, which explores the origins of the saga.
