The FRITZ!Box 6825 4G router arrives on the Swiss market

The device offers browsing speeds of up to 300 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload via 4G/LTE networks, with support for dual-frequency carrier aggregation.

The terminal adopts USB-C port power for the first time, allowing the use of smartphone chargers or external batteries. The wireless section is based on the Wi-Fi 6 standard on the 2.4 GHz band, with a transfer speed of up to 600 Mbps and WPA3 encryption. The hardware includes a Gigabit LAN port and a Nano-SIM slot.

Failsafe function, which allows it to be used as an emergency solution in case of an interruption to the main connection (fiber optic, DSL, or cable) of another primary FRITZ!Box.
