Samsung will be attending gamescom 2026 in Cologne, taking place from August 26 to 30, presenting its hardware ecosystem dedicated to gaming on PC, consoles, and mobile devices.
Within a 1,090-square-meter exhibition space located in Hall 9 and organized under the motto #PlaySamsung, the company showcases its range of monitors, peripherals, storage solutions, and portable devices. The exhibition area is divided into four main zones: Odyssey Zone, Galaxy Zone, Gaming Hub Zone, and T1 Zone.
The Odyssey Zone is home to advanced display solutions and PC hardware. Featured products include:
- Odyssey G8 (model G80HS): The world's first 6K gaming monitor.
- Odyssey OLED G8 (model G80SH): monitor with 4K resolution and refresh rate up to 240Hz.
- Odyssey 3D (model G90XF): Stereoscopic display that can be used without dedicated visual support.
Visitors can test these peripherals with titles such as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, Crimson Desert, Cyberpunk 2077 (with HDR10+ GAMING support) and Cronos: The New Dawn. The space also includes the SSD 9100 Pro solid-state drive and JBL Quantum 950 headphones.
The Galaxy Zone is dedicated to the mobile sector and presents smartphone devices Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra e Galaxy S26 Ultra, equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform for Galaxy processor and with the artificial intelligence-based Neural Frame Fusion technology for managing real-time graphics rendering. The mobile offering also includes the Galaxy Buds4 Pro earphones and the new portable SSDs with USB4 interface, which can be tested with titles such as Genshin Impact, Asphalt Legends e Honor of Kings.
The Gaming Hub Zone showcases cloud gaming features accessible through the company's compatible monitors and televisions, including the Samsung OLED TV model S99H, without the need for dedicated consoles.
Finally, the T1 Zone, created in collaboration with the T1 e-sports team, allows you to try out the hardware configuration used by the professional player of League of Legends Sang-hyeok Lee, known as “Faker”.
The event's programme also includes the world final of the #PlayGalaxy Cup on PUBG Mobile on August 27th and 28th, in addition to the official presentation of the entire Odyssey 2027 monitor range and new portable storage media scheduled for August 27th.
