Roborock has started marketing the robot vacuum cleaner in Switzerland. Roborock Saros 20 Sonic, introducing engineering solutions aimed at the complete automation of household cleaning.

The robot stands out for its AdaptiLift 3.0 chassis, a three-axis mechanical system (main wheel, auxiliary wheel, and lifting arm) that allows it to overcome obstacles and double thresholds up to 8.8 cm high. Its ultra-thin 7.98 cm structure is made possible by RetractSense technology, which allows the LiDAR sensor to retract inside the machine body to operate in spaces as low as 7.62 cm high, maintaining a 100° rear view for continuous mapping.

The Roborock Saros 20 Sonic's mopping compartment is based on the VibraRise 5.0 system, which exerts 14 N of floor pressure and features a larger vibrating surface than the 27% compared to previous models. The Reactive AI 3.0 navigation system uses triple structured light, an RGB camera, and VertiBeam technology to identify over 300 object categories. Maintenance is handled by the RockDock station, which performs cloth washing cycles at 100°C to eliminate bacteria and automatic dust emptying with a declared battery life of up to 65 days.

On the occasion of the H eventOME 26, scheduled in Zurich from 18 to 21 April 2026, the manufacturer will present further innovations in the range:
-
Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 FlowX: implements the SpiraFlow system, a continuous hydration roller that separates clean water from residual water during use, preventing cross-contamination of surfaces.
-
Roborock Q7 TF+ and Roborock Q10 Max+: models intended for daily automation with a focus on autonomous debris management.
-
F25 and H60 Series: portable water-and-dust systems and cordless brooms with high-efficiency digital motors and quick-emptying systems.
The Roborock Saros 20 Sonic is available at major national retailers, including Galaxus, at a promotional price of CHF 1,199, valid until April 19, 2026. The software ecosystem supports the Matter protocol for smart home integration and includes the offline voice assistant "Hello Rocky." During HOME 26, technical demonstrations will take place daily between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Swiss time).
