Pearl Abyss has revealed the official technical specifications for the PC, console and Mac versions of Crimson Desert, ahead of its global launch scheduled for March 19. The title, developed using the proprietary BlackSpace Engine, will support various hardware configurations and rendering modes.

For the version PC, The minimum requirements for the game include an Intel Core i5-8500 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600X processor, 16GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT graphics card. This configuration targets 1080p resolution upscaled to 30 FPS. The recommended requirements include an Intel Core i5-11600K or AMD Ryzen 5 5600 processor, 16GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 or AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT GPU, which will allow you to play 1080p at 60 FPS or 1440p at 30 FPS on medium settings. To experience native 4K at 60 FPS on Ultra settings, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT GPU and an Intel Core i5-13600K or AMD Ryzen 7 7700X processor are required. SSD storage required is 150 GB.

On consoles, Crimson Desert will offer three modes on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X:

Performance: 1080p upscaled (from 720p) to 60 FPS with FSR 3 and Frame Generation.

Quality: native 1080p at 30 FPS.
The version PlayStation 5 Pro It will benefit from PSSR support, allowing it to reach 40 FPS with 1440p upscaling and 60 FPS with 1080p upscaling, both with Ray Tracing active on High settings. The Quality mode on Pro will run at native 4K and 30 FPS with Ray Tracing Ultra.

For users Mac, The minimum requirement is an Apple M2 Pro, M3, or M4 chip with 16GB of RAM and macOS 15.0, while the recommended configuration is an M3 Pro, M4 Pro, or M5 chip. Even on portable systems like the ROG Ally X, the game will run using custom settings profiles in Turbo mode.
