Following the release of the Mega Dimension expansion for Pokémon Legends ZA on Nintendo and Nintendo Switch 2 last December (Who our in-depth analysis) The Pokémon Company International, remains on the theme of Mega Evolution and announced the new expansion of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, Mega Evolution – Perfect Balance, available from March 27, 2026 at authorized dealers with over 120 new cards, new Pokémon-ex Mega Evolutions, 25 Trainer cards, and more than 30 Pokémon and Trainer cards with special artwork. The expansion introduces the Mega Evolution Pokémon seen in Pokémon Legends: ZA and set in Illumina City. Among the new cards are four powerful Mega Evolution Pokémon-ex cards: Mega Zygarde-ex, Mega Starmie-ex, Mega Clefable-ex, Mega Skarmory-ex, as well as Meowth-ex and many more.
Mega Evolution – Perfect Balance It will be available in booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, and special collections. Prerelease tournaments will begin March 14, 2026, while the digital version will be playable on March 26 on Pokémon TCG Live for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows.
