Logitech updates the MX ecosystem with new software features and integrations for productivity

Logitech has announced enhancements to its MX line with the addition of new features to the Logi Options+ app. The main new feature is the evolution of the Easy Switch system, which now allows you to simultaneously switch up to three devices between different computers.

By pressing a key on compatible keyboards, the mouse and the MX Creative Dialpad automatically follow the transition to the new station without manual interruptions. This function is already operational for MX Keys S e MX Keys Mini, while the firmware update for MX Mechanical e MX Mechanical Mini will be released this summer.

The Actions Ring digital shortcut system has been extended to the entire catalog, including the models MX Master 4, MX Master 3S, MX Anywhere 3S, MX Keys S, MX Keys Mini, MX Mechanical e MX Mechanical Mini. The software interface now supports organizing commands into nested folders and includes an updated Icon Editor for customizing the look of your setups.

The ecosystem is also enriched with a suite of productivity plugins available on the Logi Marketplace. These integrations allow direct control of Microsoft Office for managing Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations. Specific controls have also been implemented for Notion, for managing pages and content, and for Slack, making it easier to manage threads and launch Huddle calls directly from hardware devices. All new features are accessible by updating the Logi Options+ software to the latest version.
