Rockstar Games has released the official launch trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, ahead of its November 19 release. The video shows gameplay footage and overviews of the setting, which focuses on the city of Vice City and the surrounding area within the fictional State of Leonidas.
The official synopsis follows the two protagonists, Jason and Lucia, as they unravel a criminal conspiracy sparked by a botched robbery. The soundtrack used in the trailer is "Flower in a Hurricane" by the duo Justice, a song featuring Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard. The song is taken from the official album "Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album," currently available for pre-save on streaming platforms and for pre-order on vinyl and CD.
The release of the video follows a series of unauthorized leaks by third parties targeting the developer. The title is currently planned for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, while a PC release date has not yet been announced.
