ASUS has announced an official collaboration at the Red Bull Global Aerial Performance Camp 2026 in Namibia to showcase its latest solutions for content creators, with a particular focus on the new ASUS ProArt GoPro Edition convertible laptop, also known as the PX13.

The device is designed for mobility and challenging environmental conditions, thanks to a 360-degree flexible chassis that allows for use in laptop, tent, and tablet modes. The 15.8 mm thick, 1.39 kg (3 lb) body is certified to the military standard MIL-STD 810H to withstand shock, vibration, extreme temperatures, sand, and dust.

The hardware ecosystem primarily consists of the ProArt PX13 and ProArt P16 models, configured to handle intensive workflows such as 8K RAW video editing and real-time 360-degree content processing using GoPro MAX 2 workflows. The PX13 model is powered by up to an AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor with a 50 TOPS NPU for AI acceleration and supports up to 128GB of LPDDR5X unified RAM and up to 2TB of M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. The display is a 13.3-inch OLED touchscreen unit with 3K (2880 x 1800) resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio, a 60Hz refresh rate, and 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space with Pantone validation. The connectivity department includes support for the Wi-Fi 7 standard and Bluetooth 5.4, while the physical ports include a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, two USB 4.0 Gen 3 Type-C with DisplayPort and Power Delivery support, an HDMI 2.1 FRL output and a microSD 4.0 card reader.

On the software front, the devices integrate the Asus StoryCube application, which uses artificial intelligence algorithms for scene recognition and automatic categorization of multimedia files, interfacing directly with GoPro Cloud services to optimize data transfer and storage.
The products are available for the Swiss market at starting prices of CHF 3,499 for the Asus ProArt GoPro Edition (PX13) and CHF 2,799 for the Asus ProArt P16. All the manufacturer's consumer and gaming notebooks manufactured after January 2024 benefit from an extended three-year commercial warranty, with the exception of the battery, which maintains 12 months of coverage.
