July 23rd marks the start of Splatoon Raiders, a vibrant single-player action-adventure designed for both Splatoon veterans and newcomers. In this spin-off, exclusively available on Nintendo Switch 2, players will step into the shoes of a mechanical prodigy to embark on a perilous journey to the mysterious Spirhalite Island. The new trailer, available on Nintendo's YouTube channel, offers a first look at what awaits them. Throughout the adventure, players can customize their appearance and gear, best preparing them to scour the islands for treasure. Utilizing a wide array of mechanical gadgets and ink-based weaponry, they'll face hordes of Salmonids, complete daring raids, and amass loot in this unique corner of the Splatoon universe. But they won't be alone: at their side will be Sushimi, Oursula, and Mantalo, the trio of daring musicians who make up the Surimi Syndicate. One member of the band will even battle as a powerful robotic ally alongside the player. Speaking of the Surimi Syndicate: new amiibo figures of Sushimi, Oursula, and Mantalo, with their fresh looks seen in Splatoon Raiders, will be available at launch on July 23rd.
