On the smartband side, the\u2019SWR30<\/strong> which offers, unlike the first model, an E-Ink screen for notifications and an integrated microphone to directly answer phone calls. The same goes for the Sony Smartwatch 3<\/strong> which, instead of the display, changes its OS philosophy by adopting Android Wear, abandoning a proprietary fork. And finally, the new tablet from the Z family: the Xperia Z3 tablet compact, a smaller version (8\u2033 and Full HD resolution) of the current Xperia Z2 Tablet, arriving like the previous products this autumn\/winter. All the devices presented will have a higher resistance certification: IP 68, against the total threat of dust, and the possibility of remote play with PS4 as is possible with the help of the PS Vita (with the exception of wearables).<\/p>\nAmong the other multinationals, Huawei is not standing by and watching, as it presents a new top of the range model. Huawei Ascend Mate 7<\/strong> with the peculiarities of a large display (a full 6\u2033 in Full HD) and a proprietary HiSilicon Kirin 920 processor, which promises to be more powerful than Qualcomm's upcoming Snapdragon 805 submodel. Technical features in line with the competition, among the most significant data is the 5 MP front camera like the current HTC M8 but with fewer pixels than the Ascend P7, the company's flagship presented in recent months. Among the notebook giants, Acer could not be missed, updating part of the Aspire family: Aspire R13 and Aspire R14.\u00a0<\/strong>Both featuring the same hardware configurations (Intel Hashwell and dedicated NVIDA 820M graphics card), the first model aims for a smaller screen size (13\u2033) while the second aims for 14\u2033. Also worth mentioning is the desire to offer a hybrid Tablet experience, where the R13 screen can be rotated 180\u00b0 while 360\u00b0 for the R14. Lenovo joins the hybrid wagon wheel with the hardware update planned for the Thinkpad Helix<\/strong>, which improves its performance (Intel Core M) and ergonomics (12% thinner than the previous model). More interesting is the Thinkpad Edge,<\/strong> which aims to offer a classic experience but with a very reduced thickness for a 15\u2033 ultrabook. The latter is configurable in various versions, and allows you to mount under the hood 16 GB DDR3L accompanied by an Nvidia GeForce 840M GPU, all followed by 1 TB of hybrid flash storage (16 GB) or a classic 256 GB SSD.<\/p>\n And finally, we also discuss one last product that is trying to gain ground in the tablet market: tabletop PCs, that is, All-in-ones with a portable screen. With a battery life of a couple of hours outside of the dock, the adopted hardware remains in line with the previously mentioned models.<\/p>\n Among the multinationals not mentioned, Toshiba is missing, as it will focus more on televisions. This year, in fact, 4K (ultraHD) resolution TVs have been very numerous, a sign that the new standard is becoming more accessible to consumers (already visible with some offers available in specialty stores). The second protagonist of the fair is the Korean Samsung with its latest Galaxy Note 4<\/strong>, presented this time without a conference, which replaces last year's Galaxy Note 3 model. The upgrade is quite significant both in terms of screen (QHD like the LG G3, also from the Super AMOLED range, 5.7\u2033 and improved color sharpness of the 30% compared to the Note 3) and in terms of camera (3.2 megapixel front camera that allows to capture more light, 60% more, and a 16 megapixel rear camera with OIS and DIS optical image stabilization). But on the software level, the improvements made to the S Pen suite, the heart of the product, are quite notable. The key word is immediacy: thanks to the latest software (and hardware) version of the S Pen, Samsung is aiming for a fast and immediate experience both for sharing and writing. The new version of the Korean stylus will be thinner but delicate to the touch, with various levels of pressure recognition and more. As for battery optimization (which has remained practically unchanged in mAh), the Note 4 inherits the ultra energy saving from the Galaxy S5 which will work in the same way as the current top of the range S family. There is no mini version, however it is present officially the Edge version<\/strong>, twin of Note 4 but with a rather similar feature. With a screen angle of 5.6\u2033, the missing 0.1\u2033 has been inserted folded on the edge, usable in various ways: initially for notifications, but also for advanced customization, the time and various gestures introduced with specific APIs made available to developers. Galaxy Note 4 will be distributed globally on October 10th in the usual two variants Qualcomm Snapdragon (801AC) and Exynos 5 (Octa Core without LTE), however Edge will initially be available in South Korea but presumably marketed, in the future, also for other continents. Also starring is Gears S, the latest smartwatch from the Korean company and the first wearable with an integrated 3G modem and a flexible screen. On the smartwatch side, new models on the horizon from Motorola (Moto 360<\/strong>), LG (G Watch R<\/strong>) and Asus (ZenWatch<\/strong>), all three with more or less similar technical features in line with the current market segment, with Android Wear on board. Citing Motorola, the winged company bought by Google but sold to Lenovo is back with new flagship models that will replace those of last year (Motorola Moto X, high-end and G, low-medium range). Without changing the name, Motorola Moto X 2014<\/strong> It will offer hardware on par with the high-end market (Snapdragon 801 AC, 2GB RAM, etc.) but with a battery that is only 2300 mAh smaller than the competition.
