Tra i graditi ritorni alla Gamescom spicca di sicuro il ritorno di Worms, che con Worms W.M.D.<\/strong> fa un passo indietro alle sue origini, abbandonando ogni tentativo mal riuscito di passare al 3D (fallimento per altro pure ammesso a denti stretti dagli stessi Team 17) per tornare a quegli elementi che l\u2019avevano reso grande, specialmente con Worms Armageddon. Noi ci abbiamo giocato per qualche minuto all\u2019Xbox Fan Fest!<\/p>\n

Il cambiamento pi\u00f9 evidente di questo W.M.D. \u00e8 appunto il suo ritornare indietro. Lo stile grafico \u00e8 pi\u00f9 cartoonesco e spigoloso rispetto agli ultimi titoli usciti. I livelli avranno diversi temi e saranno generati in modo causale dal gioco anche se per ora l\u2019unica ambientazione disponibile (lo sviluppo \u00e8 al 15% circa la momento) \u00e8 quella di una New York diroccata. La generazione \u00e8 come sempre sia un vantaggio che uno svantaggio, perch\u00e9 in alcune partite che ho provato c\u2019erano delle zone irraggiungibili, che per\u00f2 possono anche trasformarsi in utili ripari. Tra le novit\u00e0 del gioco troviamo l\u2019aggiunta di veicoli, per ora solo una specie di carro armato e la possibilit\u00e0 di entrare negli edifici.<\/p>\n

Una novit\u00e0 bene accetta quest\u2019ultima che inserisce ancora pi\u00f9 strategia nella partita, dal momento che l\u2019interno \u00e8 solamente visibile quando ci avviciniamo e non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 visibile al nemico durante il suo turno. I veicoli invece promettono maggiore dinamismo, anche se per ora il carro armato mi \u00e8 parso davvero troppo potente, visto che possiamo sparare qualche colpo davvero devastante (la precisione dei tiri invece non \u00e8 molto alta, proprio per evitare che sia l\u2019arma definitiva). Qualche bug, come paracaduti che non si aprono e muri invisibili, hanno caratterizzato le mie partite, anche se si tratta di ovvi problemi di giovent\u00f9.<\/p>\n

Quello che mi \u00e8 piaciuto molto \u00e8 davvero questo feeling da 1999, in cui ci si diverte in modo spensierato, tra una bomba santa e una nonnina esplosiva. Le armi erano in numero limitato in questa build, ma mi \u00e8 stato promesso che torneranno le preferite dei giocatori pi\u00f9 qualche sorpresa. Basteranno questi elementi a riportare in auge Worms? Lo scopriremo nel 2016 su console e PC\u2026 ma per ora io ho passato una buona mezzoretta a divertirmi e mi basta!<\/p>\n
